Seat belt locks up

I recently bought a used 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan and sometimes the driver seat belt locks up to where I cannot pull it out. This only happens sometimes and I am not sure if there is a twist in the belt or if its dirty or needs to be fixed. The oddest thing is that it seems to be a temperature sensitive issue. When it is warm out it is most likely to happen and when it's ~65 degrees or below it does not seem to be an issue. I'm not sure if I should get a whole new part or if I should try to repair the original seat belt. The car has never been in an accident so I am not sure why it is doing this.

it is your preference whether or not you want to fix or buy a new belt. i trust myairbags guy to fix for me. but since it is your car and if the bet condition is good you could have them guys to fix it for you with a reasonable price. but if you prefers new and know how much it cost you may afford to get it. myairbags like you to have them to fix for you but if you want new it is up to you.

We can definitely repair this seat belt. It does happen that seat belts fail and internal parts break. We will replace the bad parts with all OEM original manufacturer parts
