It is 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 I have used your service before but I forget all the details. My truck was in an accident. Both driver and passenger seat belts are locked. I think I need to send in both seat belts and the airbag module. Do I need to send the other belts that are not locked?

You would only send in the belts that are locked or not retracting properly. The cost for the reset service is $59.99. Pricing on the seatbelts depends on how many electrical plugs are on each belt. A belt can have up to 3 plugs.
1 plug = Single Stage ($89.99)
2 plugs = Dual Stage ($119.99)
3 plugs = Triple Stage ($129.99)
Please keep in mind this price doesn't include the return shipping. Please also note, seat belts are considered Hazardous Material by law and will require a signature upon delivery.
