I have a 2014 Dodge Durango. The passenger side headrest deployed on it's own while driving. I've tried to reset the headrest but it won't click into place. I know there is an extended warranty on the parts for the headrest but I'm having some difficulty getting it into the dealer. Is this something your company can repair? Thank you!
