My airbag light is on. Took the car to an independent garage to read the codes. Module defective. The garage said the replacement module was "unavailable - no longer made". If I found one, they'd install it and send it to a Chrysler dealer to get it programed. Otherwise I was SOL. Won't be returning to that garage. Please advise.

Was the vehicle in an accident? If yes, then the airbag control module needs to be reset. If the module has lost communication then it will need to be replaced.
We can only clear crash history and cannot repair these modules. We also do not stock this part.
