I have a 2021 Honda Civic the seat air bag and side curtain air bag deploy my seat belt will not retrac and the module srs is on at the dash if I pull it off will I be able to drive the vehicle

Hello,
You would be able to operate your vehicle, however, it is not recommended because you won't be protected and the airbags won't deploy in the event of an accident.
