2020 Subaru Outback Limited airbag light still on after reset

I sent my control module to your team two weeks ago and received it back last week. I re-installed it into the vehicle and the airbag light persists. I purchased an OBD2 reader (BlueDriver) to read and clear the codes and see the following codes:

B1195 - Airbag ECU Malfunction

B1196 - Airbag ECU Malfunction

B1185 - Airbag ECU Malfunction

Does this mean I need to purchase a new control module? If so, can I just purchase a replacement on my own and install it or does this require a dealership or independent mechanic to finish it up?

Good day. Could you please confirm if the vehicle was involved in an accident and if the airbags were deployed?

The car was not in an accident and the airbags haven't been deployed.

Please review our service page

https://www.myairbags.com/repair-reset-srs-airbag-control-module/

Most of the newer model Subaru's , require module to be programmed to their vehicle.
After Reset for this specific part #,
the control unit must be programmed
with the Subaru SSM diagnostic tool
and the passenger seat occupancy sensor must be adapted."

There will also be a yellow sticker with same note on the module.

Can you recommend how I can get it reprogrammed? Do I take the car to an independent shop or is there a specific device/application I can purchase to do this? It's incredibly unclear how to finish this process out.
