What exactly will you be fixing, please?
The car was OK until we opened the door one day to find the headrest had dropped. Since it was not involved in an accident, it is unclear what occurred. Will you fix the damaged headrest springs, as suggested by a nearby mechanic, and can you also check for any more potential issues with it?

there is a spring mechanism and a release motor that we reset
