2015 Silverado 1500 5 3 v8. I want to send in my air bag module and both seat belts but my driver side seat but my driver side seat belt(23256546) has one round plug and my pass side (23256532) has a round plug and a small two wire black plug. Is that a two stage system on the pass side and I will have also have to send in the long piece mounted to the seat base? Does it blow and lock up, too?

I can't tell what type of seatbelt you have from these pictures. If your belt has 2 wire plugs (one on the retractor and another on the pretensioner) then it is in fact a dual-stage seatbelt.
