I have two front seat belts and pre-tensioners that need fixed my question is does the buckle in part need sent with them also it's on a 2013 Cadillac CTS-V front seats sedan

You only need to send in the parts that do not work. If your buckle works then we do not need it. You will be charged for every piece we get so please ensure your parts need to be repaired otherwise we will issue a $39.99 bench test fee for every good part we have to test.
