I had you guys repair a set of rollover bars for a 2013 VW Beetle, They were delivered a few hours ago and I pulled out of the box and one of them was retracted. I feel like it was retracted when you guys put it in the box as it has a zip tie around the bottom to keep it contracted enough to fit in the box. Who do I talk to to get this fixed?

Yes, looks like the mechanic trigger was activated during shipping, We have a video for the customer to be able to reset the mechanical trigger.
