would I send the complet assembley of the seatbealt and you would take it apart and put it back together again ? And How much to have new webbing put on?

The webbing replacement is part of the service unless you're choosing a custom color (in that case there would be an extra charge). Pricing on the belts vary depending on how many electrical plugs are on the belt. It can have up to 3 plugs.
1 plug (Single Stage) = $79.99
2 plugs (Dual Stage) = $104.99
3 plugs (Triple Stage) = $124.99
