Yes all codes will be cleared including crash data/crash history. But if module is defective that will not clear the bad module code. Usually this happens if the module just failed (vehicle was not in an accident)The regular codes can come back. (Not crash data) When the module goes back into the car and problem is still with airbag, seat belt, sensors then the light will be on a code will be in the module. But then these codes will be cleared by themselves once the problem is solved or can be cleared with a scanner after the bad sensor, airbag, seat belt issue was fixed.
I can't look up your personal information or share it on forum. If you still having issues with your part! Could be that you have an active code. Please have your part scanned for codes and let Costumer Support know what codes you are getting so they can create a support ticket and have a technician reach out. Make sure you have your order number ready when you call. Thank you!
Followed the procedure and still have a B1001-00 code.
If you tested the seatbelt and if the resistance was between 2-3 ohms and the wiring tested good from the seatbelt back to the module and you are still unable to erase the code then more than likely the module is faulty. If your module been reset by us with in 1 year . You can send it to us we will take a look free of charge

What we do is erase crash codes and check for communication. If you are still getting seatbelt anchor codes from your module and you know both anchor pretensioners are good and so is the wiring. You said you swapped out modules and the codes went away; you are correct there is a internal issue with your module (showing codes that should not be there). Can you please contact customer service with your order number ready. http://myairbags.com/help
