2017 jeep Cherokee airbag light on

Hector

2017 jeep Cherokee was stolen, when I recovered it the airbag light was on, the car has minimal body damage and doesn't look like it was in an accident also the airbags didn't deploy, Will a module reset help ?

Our reset service only clears temporary deployment codes caused by an accident. You can take your module to either a local mechanic or dealer to have them scan the module for codes, those codes will let you know what is wrong with the module.

Thank you!

I did have the vehicle scanned, they got code U0154-00. Resting the module wouldn't help with that code? I do apologize I'm new to this and I'm trying to save some money, I really appreciate you replying.

Unfortunately, this is a permanent code is for an internal malfunction. Unless you can find a mechanic or dealer that can repair it, it will need to be replaced. Our service will not fix this issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience!
