I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey the seat belt pretensioner is locked and the air bag light is on . Do I need to send the air bag module, the seat belt retractor and the buckle?

I see! so the seat belts also have a charge on them so when they lock up or do not retract that is considered deployment.
So yes the module will need to be reset along with repairing the belts!
