My mechanic told me I need a new Control Module for my 2014 Prius C. Is this something you can help reset, too?

We can only clear the crash history caused by a past accident and cannot repair these modules. Was your vehicle in an accident?

A module can go bad, you can take it to a local mechanic or dealer to have them scan it to make sure resetting is all you need. We are not able to test these modules here and cannot diagnose your issue.

a module ever damaged in accidents or if it was in a part of the car that didn’t directly fee the impact, it should be okay and just need resetting?
