2012 Cadillac SRX Basic that was crashed

I have a 2012 Cadillac SRX Basic that was crashed. Multiple airbags went off along with the two front seatbelts.
My question is 'Should the SRX crank' after I have you reset the module even if I don't get the airbag/seatbelts fixed right away, i mean to disconnect them or use the resistor if needed?
Right now the gauge cluster only partly works outside of safety mode, and goes dark when key is turned. No crank at all.
I did jump the relay and it did turn over but would not crank.
The battery fuse did go out, and i only jumped the fuse when i tried to start the car..

Because the vehicle was involved in an accident you can send the module to us for a reset. What we do is erase all crash codes, check for communication then recheck for crash codes to make sure all have been erased. We don't do any internal work on airbag modules. If there is an underlying issue causing the vehicle not to crank there might be something else wrong with the vehicle or the airbag module might be bad. Having internal issues we can't see with a standard module reset service.
