you show a list of things which I need to choose from in order to indicate what is wrong with my pretensioner. How do I determine which one to choose? Can I send in my pretensioners and have you diagnose and repair or do I need to get the diagnostic results from the dealer before i send them to you?

The list is just to give us an idea but we test them once they come in. If they are locked, you would select the option that say the belt doesnt retract.
