I recently had my seatbelts reset by your company, my order number was 100274849 and as I was installing them, I noticed the back passenger side is still locked up....can I send it back for the reset? Please let me know how I can resolve this matter.

Here is a video on how to get the seatbelt unstuck
If this doesn't help lemme know so i can create a support ticket to have your belt sent back in for rework.
