Does a seatbelt need to be reset on the passenger side if no one was sitting there in a collision?

I'm happy to assist you with that.
The seatbelt will need to be serviced only if it was deployed during the accident.
You can also test the seatbelt across the connections with a multimeter. The resistance has to be between 2.0 -3.0 ohms.
