I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX and the front seat belts have deployed and are fully extended and will not retract. Is that considered a single stage or dual stage. The second component is called a pretensioner and is located along the bottom of the seat and has a gas charge also. I don't need that part repaired.

I hope your day is going well. It sounds like you have either a dual or triple stage belt. If you click on each type of belt you can view the image it will show it enlarged and circle what makes it dual and what makes it triple. However, if you select the wrong belt type, no worries we do not charge anything until we get it in and its been successfully serviced. If you select dual but its triple, we will auto-adjust it for you, vice versa.
