2002 Ford f150 lariat truck The Seat belt on the driver's side which comes out of the seat was cut by a paramedic to get the driver out and we need to replace it but I'm not sure what I need to send to you or how to get it out of the seat or which parts need to be replaced.... I have a picture with the seat and the Vin number but this form will not let me attach it

The seat belt was cut, no accident involved.... so what do I send?

I will be happy to assist you. If the vehicle was in an accident with deployment, you will need to send us the seatbelts that were affected and the airbag module to be reset. I will attach a link below to our website that will show you how to remove those components.

You will just need to send the seatbelt if no accident/deployment occurred.
