I am recently having problems with my airbag signal and I had went to put a diagnostic of the problems it had in the attachment I sent, I sent the problem I am having which is “Open Or Increased Resistance In The Driver's Seat Belt Outer lap Tensioner” I wanted to know before sending my piece in if that is the piece that needs to be repaired in the 2nd attachment or not, please and thank you.

When the seatbelt retractor deploys or goes bad, the anchor pretensioner (2nd attachment), goes bad as well.
Here is aa video showing how to test the resistance to see if it is good or bad. The video shows a retractor being tested; it will work the same on the anchor pretensioner. I hope this helps.
