I currently own a wrecked Kia Telluride. What do I need to do to receive working seatbelt

You'll need to take the seatbelts out of the vehicle and send them to us to be repaired.

And how do I know exactly what I need?
Seat Belt Pretensioner Repair? If so, which one? LOL I am not an idiot, just never done this before!

Actually, I saw a video, so I assume they need to be taken out to tell. Correct?
