I have dual stage seat belts, you ask on my order what problems I'm having with the belts, i know they are locked but I don't know about the anchors, they may need repair? the air bags deployed on the front passengers.

You would just send in the entire seat belt assembly. You can create your order on our website MyAirBags.com and print out a FedEx shipping label that you can use.
