This says that the drivers seat belt is both loose and stuck. Not knowing what the vehicle is but Looking at the codes provided I’m seeing that both seat belts deployed and a crash sensor was triggered. I’m wondering if the seat belt that is loose is locked in position where it will not extend or retract. I would pull both seatbelts and reset the module.
