Since I have recently been having problems with my items being shipped to the wrong people that I send to u or put on hold because you don't know who to send them back to how do I get these shipping labels I'm now told I'm supposed to be using. I have used your company for years n always put my info w return info along inside but all of a sudden we have a problem. Your service has been great n a few tumbles won't stop us but delays are costly. Have 3 sets of belts ready to send out now so please let me know what's best to proceed. Thank you,

No, you don't have to use our label, but our label helps us ID your package once it gets to our warehouse, also our label is insured.
But if you want you can use any label you want.
