2021 Ford Edge was in a front end collision and the driver wheel and knee airbags deployed, but the seatbelts seem fine and seem that they have not been deployed. I have attached the prescan below, does it show if any of the seatbelts have been deployed? Is there any other way to tell if the seatbelts have deployed?

Unfortunately, the codes that you getting now are just crash data the best way to find out if the seat belts are bad is to test them with an OHMS meter test!
