My kid drives a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV Premium. She's home from college and I was driving her vehicle alone and noticed that the seatbelt light was still illuminated even when I had my seatbelt on. I then connected the passenger seatbelt (with no one sitting there) and the seatbelt light went off. Any idea which module may cause this?

This is normally part of the Occupant Classification System Module. You might need to get the passenger seat recalibrated.
