I had talked to someone there a couple hours ago about this issue. We need to repair or replace the front seat belts in a 2018 Jeep Wrangler ..There is a guide clip that goes around the belts and clips into 2 holes in the "B" pillar on each side. Both clips are broke and according to Jeep, the only way to get new ones is to buy new seat belts. I've attached an illustration of the belt assy and circled the clip. Is this something you have ever run into before? Is it something you can replace, or should we just get new belts?
Thanks for your help,

Yes, we can replace that for you. We just ask if you do have those pieces still, even if they are broken can you please send them in with your belts? You can put it in a ziploc bag and tape it to the belt if possible.
