we have a 2018 equinox with both front seat belt retractors locked up from an accident. can you repair this?

The seatbelts vary in price $79.99-$124.99 plus shipping.
There are 3 different seat belt types:
Some vehicles only have the seat belt pretensioner.
Other vehicles have both seat belt pretensioner and a bottom anchor tensioner.
- $79.99 - Single Stage - 1 plug connector
- $104.99 - Dual Stage - 2 plug connectors
- $124.99 - Triple Stage - 3 plug connectors
