GM Myairbags Staff,
I have 2017 Honda Civic EX. Attached is the picture of the seat belt and upper panel. The panel opening is too small for seat belt to go through. It seems that there are no screws that hold the upper portion where the belt is attached. Please
send me instructions on how to detach upper panel from the seat belt.

The way to remove this panel is to remove the bolt cover that goes over the upper mounting bracket. Unscrew the bolt and then you can slide the panel through.
