2015 Nissan Rogue seat belt that got locked

 

I have a 2015 Nissan Rogue with a front passenger seat belt that got locked and will not pull out. My husband uninstalled the seat belt. I just want to confirm that all I have to do is put the seat belt in a box with my shipping and contact information and then mail it to MyAirBags for repair. Do I need to include anything else in the box or fill out any other information on the website? Thank you!

Yes, we are able to rebuild your seat belt!
Some vehicles only have the seat belt pretensioner. Other vehicles have both seat belt pretensioner and a bottom anchor tensioner. To figure out which type of seat belt you have, take a look and see how many plug connectors each seat belt has.
