These units do not have ball bearings in them and will not raddle. From the photos, they look good.
Please test their resistance of them though to confirm.
Let me know what you get.

this is the other side. I did notice the vehicle side plugs were different from one side to the other which I thought was odd

I tested them last night like the video you sent me and got a zero reading. I assume I need to send them to you as well?
