Hi ive been doing a little research in regards to my 2014 mkz i have B0001/B0005/B1193 codes.... I seen on your website you guys can repair the steering column sensor and reset the module. i either need to replace the driver and passenger airbags or ive seen i can use bypass transistors in there place and i will have to replace the clockspring and front impact sensor if its been damaged not sure why the shop said i need 6 sensors? Doesn't make sense to me...

Good Afternoon,
We can reset the airbag module for crash history repair the collapsible steering column sensor and the seat belts.
The impact sensor should not be replaced unless they have physical damage.
We do not recommend any transistors or relays to bypass the component.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

You can test the seatbelts, with a multimeter across the connections. The resistance has to be between 2.0 and 3.0 ohms, outside of this range will be considered deployed/bad. I will attach a link for a video showing how to test the seatbelt.
