I have a 2012 Chevy Impala and it is throwing a code B0081 Passenger Presence system ( Symptom 00 ) Current DTC, History DTC, Warning Indicator Requested. Can you recommend what to do ? Thank you

Was the vehicle involved in an accident with seatbelt or airbag deployment?

Not much you can do with a PPM code except performing a standard Diagnostic Tree. You also said the vehicle was recently detailed. I would check all the connectors under the passenger front seat. Something might have come loose.

No accident.
The car was just detailed and then the light came on.
Please advise.
