2009 Rav 4 went into a shallow ditch and the side airbag inflated on the driver side. Now the driver side seat belt is pulled very tight and won’t move at all. She was not wearing the belt when she went into ditch so I think that the charge went off in pre tensioner and that’s what caused it to be so tight and jammed. The air bag light is on. No other airbags went off, just the side ones. We don’t plan on replacing the airbags we just want to have a working drivers side seatbelt. Please get back to me on what we need and what I need to do. Thanks
