drove Nitro to the dealer with the seatbelt light on. possibly 1-2 years ago. The conclusion after checking the wiring was "needs right side front pretensioner." now no longer in use. Because of the extremely slow battery loss, there must be a very small short in the device to ground. If it's feasible, I'd want to connect the battery after removing the pretensioner to verify the drain.
Can I drive the car for the next two to three days without the airbag deploying if I remove the pretensioner, mail it to you, connect the battery, and ask?
