I have a 2002 Honda Accord that was in an accident. I had the airbag module repaired already, but need to get the seatbelts fixed too. Do I only need to send in the seatbelt, or does the anchor/latch attached to the seat need to be sent in too?

You would only send in what works, if the anchors are attached to the belt then you would need to send those in as well.
Pricing on the seatbelts depends on how many electrical plugs are on each belt. A belt can have up to 3 plugs.
1 plug = Single Stage ($99.99)
2 plugs = Dual Stage ($128.99)
3 plugs = Triple Stage ($144.99)
