My seat belts have several problems, I am hoping you can help with them all!
They don’t retract anymore, so that needs fixed, that seems to be a slam dunk from your website.
My passenger side buckle is broken, it hasn’t worked well, stuck down and had to wiggle to lock belt in for years, now the top broke out of the button.
Can you fix both parts of the system?
I would probably have both sides done, including new buckles for both sides.

Yes, we can definitely get your seatbelts retracting properly!
The buckle portion would most likely be a repair (if the tech is successful in it). It would not be a replacement buckle due to it being 1996, we wouldn't have those in stock, unfortunately. Our tech can do his best to repair them though. If he is unsuccessful, we will not charge you for the repair service.
