I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler. The jeep has sat under a dusty barn for 16 years. Anyway the seatbelts do not work properly and smoothly. Drivers does not retract properly and the passenger one is locked I can not get it to pull out. Is this a repair you do. I order aftermarket belts which seemed cheaply made so I would prefer to stay with the factory belts if they can be fixed. No wrecks on the vehicle.
