I have a 2015 lancer replaced the driver side seatbelt used and it giving me code B1b52 does it seatbelt need to be repair?

It could be! that code is just saying "driver seat belt circuit open".
The best thing to do is test the seat belt resistance and see how many ohms it has.
A good ohms reading should be between 2-3 ohms if its to high or to low then its a bad belt.
