Looks like mydriver side pre-tensioner charge is damaged, in my 2009 toyota tacoma. I would like to see if I can get it repaired through you, and if it is possible to swap the passenger side seat belt out just so I can continue using my vehicle while you do the repair. I spoke to someone quite a while ago who asked me to check the impedance between the 2 contacts, which is indeed fully grounding out (zero). That matches up the codes being produced by the truck computer. I think this makes it a "squib short". Can you confirm and let me know when to send it in. Thanks!
Yes we do work on these seat belts here and will be for then happy to fix yours.
When testing the seat belts the best way to do so is with an ohms meter test I will attach the video here.
How to test resistance on a seat belt
Unfortunately, the drivers seat belt can not be exchanged for the passenger.
Hope this helps!
