How do you unplug these? Trying to get my module out to send in, but don’t want to break the connectors..

Thank you for reaching out. Have not personally seen that type of connector but have seen similar ones. Looks like a latch release type. The side latches will need to be pushed downward and then it will cause the lock to release letting you remove the connector.
