I have a 2008 jeep liberty 3.7l l sent out it to you on 2 ND March unfortunately FedEx lost the package l did use your label a case was opened it wad granted up to today l haven't been compensated. I purchased a used one outta pocket please reprogram. The one on the red shipping plastic is the original also l sent the vinyl number.

Please call customer service. So we can file a FedEx claim. If you purchased shipping insurance then FedEx will refund you $300. If you decided not to get shipping insurance, then FedEx will still refund you for lost package for $100. Please contact customer service, so we can file FedEx claim for you.
