the airbag light wont turn off we put a new module in it but we lost the old module or it was thrown away so we dont have the 4 digit code its been at kia dealership for over a week

Think you for reaching out. If you get a new or used module then it will need to be programmed. When you do get a used module, make sure the part number matches. If the part number is not same it will not work. Then it will need to be programmed to your vehicle VIN and other settings.by a dealership. We Only clear crash data after collision
