Custom restoring my 1997 Dodge pick up. I would like Black with blue accented seat belts, need the whole set done. RH, LH, and center plus buckles. Do you need the original ones sent in to make the custom ones?

I am wanting solid color option Flame Red - Color Code 70050 that you have on your website but I don't see it as an option for this vehicle.
