Hi, I'd like to re-webb my jeeps seatbelts, and I'm wondering, 1; can I cut off the original belt in places where the attached bracket has rusted in order to clean them up and recoat them better, before sending (i'll just tape it back together so you know where they go), and 2; in addition to the 5 long belts, can I also send in the latch mechanisms with their few inches of webbing, to have matched to the belt, and is that included in the price of one whole belt?

We will be replacing the webbing so cutting yours now wont be an issue. The lap belts have a cost of $25.99 per belt.
