Can I remove the curtain airbags permanently in my 2010 dodge grandcaravan without harming the way the vehicle functions?

please ensure your batter is turned off before removing the airbags. Also, your airbag system will not function properly without replaced airbags and you will also need your airbag module reset. Thank you

the van will start but your airbag system will not function properly and your airbags wont deploy in the event of an accident.

If I remove the module permanently is there any risk of the airbags deploying?

If you removed SRS Module your Airbags shouldn't deploy
