Why are you UNABLE to reset an air bag module that you confirmed & advertise you can? It's a 2019 Volvo S60 with 11,000mi

We clear crash data and crash history. Some modules we receive and they don't have crash codes, we don't charge for modules that don't have crash codes or crash history. However, there are times that an airbag module has hardware problems. We don't fix modules and only clear crash data and crash history. We can always reset and clear crash data, but we also test the hardware to make sure it is good and airbag module will work for you. If the unit does not pass the hardware test then there is no reason to clear crash history and crash codes if it will not help you where the airbag light will still be on, because the airbag module has hardware circuit board issues.

I Never sent a 2019 Volvo air bags module.. Only one I sent is a 2015 Focus and was sent a message that you have recevied it...
