1998 CHEVROLET SILVERADO Is there any way to fix my SDM if it shorted out due to water damage? I have a code B1018 and B1071. If not, do you have any suggestions on how to get and SDM that will work? All of the ones I have found are different part numbers

Unfortunately, we are not able to repair water damaged modules here. You will have to look for a replacement. The best way to check what part number you need is if you call your local dealership with your Vin number they will tell you which part numbers will work with your vehicle Vin number.
Once you get that part number, please reach back out to us. Sometimes we may have a refurbished one in stock that we could sell you.
